Regulatory Status

Tradewise Analytics Limited is not authorised or regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) or any other financial regulatory body. We are a software company providing journaling and analytics tools. We do not execute trades, hold client funds, manage portfolios, or act as a broker or intermediary. We do not hold any FCA permissions and are not listed on the FCA Register.

Trading Risk

Trading in financial instruments — including but not limited to forex, futures, contracts for difference (CFDs), stocks, options, cryptocurrencies, and other derivatives — carries a high level of risk and is not suitable for every investor. You could lose some or all of your invested capital. The high degree of leverage available in some products (such as forex and CFDs) can work against you as well as for you, and losses can exceed your initial deposit.

Hypothetical Performance Disclosure

Tradewise provides features that allow you to simulate alternative outcomes, run backtests, and explore "what if" scenarios. These results are hypothetical and have many inherent limitations. No representation is being made that any account will or is likely to achieve profits or losses similar to those shown; in fact, there are frequently sharp differences between hypothetical performance results and the actual results subsequently achieved by any particular trading program.

One of the limitations of hypothetical performance results is that they are generally prepared with the benefit of hindsight. In addition, hypothetical trading does not involve financial risk, and no hypothetical trading record can completely account for the impact of financial risk of actual trading. For example, the ability to withstand losses or to adhere to a particular trading program in spite of trading losses are material points which can also adversely affect actual trading results. There are numerous other factors related to the markets in general or to the implementation of any specific trading program which cannot be fully accounted for in the preparation of hypothetical performance results and all of which can adversely affect trading results.

Tax Responsibilities

While every effort is made to ensure all data displayed within Tradewise is accurate, trade data is sourced from third-party brokers and may contain errors, delays, or inaccuracies. Tradewise does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data and shall not be liable for any losses arising from reliance on such data.
